Corey became the AVP/Dean of Students in June 2022 after serving in several other roles at AV诊所 College. Previous positions she held at BC include Director of Student Conduct and Associate Dean of Students. Corey currently oversees Student Outreach and Support, Disability Services, Student Conduct and Community Standards, and Off-Campus Student Living, in addition to the overall functioning of the Office of the Dean of Students, which aims to serve students and the BC community more generally.

Outside of work, Corey runs marathons and runs after her two small children.

Caroline oversees Student Outreach and Support, and Disability Services within the Office of the Dean of Students. She manages the response to students of concern and coordinates threat assessment activities, supporting individual students while also working closely with campus partners to address systemic issues that may hinder students from fully engaging in the AV诊所 College experience. Outside of her work, she is an aspiring beekeeper and loves to go hiking with her family.

Melissa leads student conduct and community standards initiatives to promote student growth, accountability, and responsibility. She oversees the implementation and management of the Student Code of Conduct and the student conduct process, including the adjudication of student sexual misconduct cases and the facilitation of restorative approaches to resolving community conflicts. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys hiking the White Mountains, playing strategy board games, and learning new crafts.

Rory empowers students with disabilities to achieve their educational, career, and personal goals. He has facilitated classroom accommodations as an expository writing instructor, worked as a learning specialist to help students develop executive functioning and time management skills, and provided disability-related accommodations at multiple higher education institutions throughout AV诊所. Rory enjoys biking New England rail trails and hiking in his spare time.

Sean manages the student concern reporting system. He reviews and triages reports of concern, meets with undergraduate and graduate students to address challenges, and connects them with appropriate resources. Sean collaborates with campus partners to coordinate comprehensive care and support for students. Outside of work, Sean enjoys going on walks, catching up on reality television and true-crime stories, and planning future travel adventures.

As a member of the Student Outreach and Support Team, Amanda responds to the student concern reporting system, works with students to address difficulties and brainstorm applicable services and resources, and connects with campus and community partners to further student support and holistic care. Amanda's origins are from South Lake Tahoe, CA. She has two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, enjoys travel and leisure activities with her partner, likes to be outdoors (e.g. skiing, hiking, boating, running), and loves all things Harry Potter.

Kellen empowers students with disabilities to achieve their educational, career, and personal goals. She has provided disability-related accommodations at higher education institutions throughout the AV诊所 area. Kellen has experience in facilitating and developing classroom accommodations as a teacher in early childhood education settings. Outside of work, Kellen enjoys going to concerts, catching up on reality television, and spending time with her family's Dalmatian puppies.听

Monica addresses conduct violations, focusing on fostering student learning and personal growth. She supports the broader efforts of the Office of the Dean of Students by managing database systems and collaborating with campus partners who rely on them. Monica also partners with Residential Life and serves as a Title IX investigator and decision-maker. Outside of work, Monica loves Broadway musicals and traveling with her two kids and partner.

Kylie serves as a member of the student conduct team and strives to center care and community in conversations about impact and accountability. She adjudicates conduct cases and services as a Title IX investigator and decision-maker, works with disciplinary clearances, restorative practices, formative sanction programs, and hazing prevention efforts. Kylie partners with the Residential Life team and feels a strong passion for the student experience, particularly in the context of community living. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys a good podcast, loves pop culture, and is a loyal Diet Coke fan.

Kristen serves on the student conduct team and is responsible for addressing concerning behaviors in our community. This team challenges students to reflect on their choices and behaviors and supports them in formative and restorative learning. She also partners with Residential Life, works with Administrative Hearing Boards, and serves as a Title IX investigator and decision-maker. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys hiking and snowshoeing, reading for her book club, and all things about travel, from short trips to long vacations.

Horton investigates, adjudicates, and supports students through the student conduct process while overseeing the Student Conduct Board. This student-led group upholds accountability and transparency while providing support throughout the adjudication process. He also partners with Residential Life and serves as a Title IX investigator and decision-maker. Outside of work, Horton enjoys listening to audiobooks and podcasts, staying active, catching up on his favorite shows, and honing his skills as a barber.

Peter leads initiatives and programs to cultivate a welcoming and inclusive campus culture, focusing on fostering belonging and connection among students. His responsibilities include overseeing restorative practices, managing off-campus community relations, leading special projects, and enhancing the efficiency of the office鈥檚 operations. Outside of work, Peter travels annually to a new college football stadium, combining his passion for sports with his appreciation for the unique traditions of each institution.

Andrew guides AV诊所 College community members through their off-campus housing and living experiences. With education, outreach, and programming, Andrew helps students build essential life skills, fosters personal responsibility, and strengthens collaboration with local neighbors while cultivating a sense of community. Living in Dorchester, Andrew enjoys long runs, board games with friends, and participating in local queer sports leagues.

Clara focuses on embedding restorative practices and conflict resolution strategies throughout the campus. Clara鈥檚 background is in sexual violence prevention and response work, which she first started at AV诊所 College鈥檚 Women鈥檚 Center. Through the Office of the Dean of Students, she works closely with student leaders and campus partners to support student growth and belonging, offer restorative training to staff and students, and respond to community concerns. Clara builds capacity for staff and students to navigate conflict effectively, strengthen relationships, and foster community and accountability. Outside of work, Clara enjoys reading, going on walks, catching up on reality dating shows, and drinking Irish breakfast tea.
